Returns
The Small Print
If you are making a return you must email me within 2 days after receiving your merchandise at fadedjade@yahoo.com with your return reason.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of original purchase or delivery date for store credit. I am sorry shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and handling is at the purchasers expense and shipping must include tracking as I cannot be responsible for items shipped back that are lost in shipping.
Merchandise must be in original new and unwashed condition with all tags and labels still intact. Items with labels removed will not be accepted for returns. Merchandise cannot have any makeup, deodorant or any other staining, cannot have pet hair or smoke odors, if it has any of these the item will not be accepted for return. We can refuse any return if it does not meet all of the above conditions. All sales and clearance items are not returnable.
